2016 Stats
Gained 1.5 pounds from June 2016. Had loss a total of 12 pounds then gained back 14 pounds during Oct - Dec.

December 2016: 186

Stopped tracking weight in November and December. Gained back all that I lost while on Keto Diet.

September: (upped carbs so probably not keto adapted any longer) Upping my carbs was a bad idea so I have to stay around the 20 grams of carbs per day to see any consistent weight loss. Back on Egg Fast Diet as of 9-30-16.

Keto Diet Weightloss/gains: 13 pound loss

***I'm seeing a pattern. I start off the month at 175-176 and loss a pound a week and then have a bad few days and gain back everything I loss throughout the month. 
I have to break this pattern and make this a more consistent weight loss.***

October - November I fluctuated between 175 - 180. I did a re-fill on my levothyroxin on 9-29, after beginning to take new re-fill I started feeling awful! Took everything I could to workout and I began gaining weight no matter how I ate. Had a doctor's visit on 12-14 and she said that it could be the 35% difference in dosage that generic brands might have in them. So I could have only been taken 35mcg instead of 50 mcg for these past 2.5 months. She is planning on putting me on Synthroid at the level she feels best. Here's to a better dosage and eventually a true weight loss and all over feeling better!
